- No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter and Journey Latin America, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
- Entries must be received by midnight on 28th February 2010. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
- Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

- All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 1 March 2010. The first entry drawn will be the winner. The prize for the winner is a trip for two people to Peru and Bolivia for 9 nights with Journey Latin America. The prize includes: all accommodation chosen at the discretion of Journey Latin America, transfers to airports in Latin America, excursions, breakfast daily, some meals, international standard (economy) flights from London and internal flights in Peru. The prize does not include: transfers to the airport in the UK, spending money, personal expenses, travel and health insurance, gratuities, additional accommodation expenses such as telephone calls, upgrades and incidentals, and all applicable taxes. All such expenses on receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and their chosen companion. The winner and their chosen companion must be 18 years or over and must travel together. The winner of the holiday must book their travel by 30 April 2010 and travel between 1 September 2010 and 1 November 2010, subject to availability. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amends to the booking will be at the winners cost. The winner and their chosen companion may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. The winner and their chosen companion are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary visas and valid passports for travel to the destination and are fit for travel. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with, and are responsible for attending to, any inoculation and health regulations required for their destination. The winner must book their travel arrangements directly with Journey Latin America by 30 April 2010 and comply with any applicable standard booking terms and conditions of Journey Latin America.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified via email or post by 7 March 2010. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- To obtain details of the winner please email marketing@roughguides.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading four weeks after the closing date.
- The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
- The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
- By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
