Due to the increase in the VAT which takes effect from the 1st January 2011, the printed price on some of our products may differ from the actual price. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
How to order
All DK titles are available to buy from our website. We also displays books which are not yet published or are being reprinted. We can send you an email alert to let you when these are available to buy, click here for more information on email alerts.
When you have found a book you wish to buy on dk.com, simply click 'buy now'. This will take you to your shopping basket where you can view the title you have selected. You can add further titles buy clicking 'continue shopping' or by browsing for more books here.
Your shopping basket also gives you key information about safe shopping, delivery times and charges and payment methods. If you have a promotion code you will also be asked to enter this at the basket in the coupon code box.

Setting up an account
You will need to set up an account in order to buy from us. Once you have gone to checkout you can set up an account by choosing enter details under 'I am a new customer'.
To set up an account you will need to provide a user name and password plus billing address details.
Once you have placed an order you can check your purchase history in the Your Account section of the store.
Paying for your order
Once you have selected all the titles you wish to buy click 'go to checkout' in your basket. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password if you are already have an account with us, if not, please follow the instructions to register with us.
You will have the opportunity to check your billing and delivery address before you pay. Here you can view the total cost of your items - including delivery charges, before you proceed to pay. You can also read about delivery charges, terms and conditions, and safe shopping before you pay.
At the next stage, you are able to place your order - paying by Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, or Amex. All orders must be in UK pounds sterling.
