DK Newsletter video iPod competition terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter the draw.
2. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and Eire over the age of 18, with the exception of employees of the promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. Entries must be received by the 6 August 2007. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
4. Only one entry per person per prize draw.
5. To enter go to iPod promotion page, and sign up to the DK newsletter by filling in your details in the box.
6. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 20 August 2007. Winners will be selected by pulling entries at random out of a hat. The decision of the promoter as to winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is a video iPod, as detailed on the iPod promotion page. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative to the prize.
8. The winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the competition rules.
9. To obtain a list of winners for any prize draw please email editor@dk.com stating the name of the prize draw in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
10. The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
11. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
12. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter may in its discretion substitute prizes provided they are of similar value.
14. This promotion is subject to the laws of England & Wales.
