Review by: Margaret Pearson, 07 October 2010
'This is a fantastic book full of wonderful photographs and information. I have bought it for my daughter''s birthday. The introduction implies it is the first of its kind but I have the DK Book of Ingredients published in 1980 and I still refer to it today but I am hoping for the new one for Christmas!'
