'I bought this book for my daughter and had a quick read through with her. It was very useful, written in no-nonsense and easy to understand language. My only criticism would perhaps be that the model mums in the photos are a little too ''model'' and all the young mums (and dads) out there should not feel the need to always be elaborately dressed and coiffed!'
