'I was attracted to the book because of the helpful pictures it seemed to have, and as it was on offer I thought I''d have it. I''ve now cooked a few recipes from this book and its now my new kitchen ''bible''. Today''s experiment was brioche and they''re so good I''m really not sure they''re going to last very long. I just want to say thank you to DK and the authors for something so valuable - a book with fantastic recipes (and not all for easy things) with instructions and pictures making it possible to cook some great dishes.'
