David Eckold

Designer David Eckold has been involved with education for many years and his school equipment can be found in classrooms around the world

David developed the brilliant construction system - TechCard - initially for use in the education system. TechCard was then used to bring David Macauly's brilliant bestseller The Way Things Work to life in The New Way Things Work Kit.

David is the creator of Dorling Kindersley's bestselling Ultimate Robot Kit and also its follow-up, the Robot Warrior Kit.

His latest creations are the fantastic new DK Robots, Knotbot, Bouncebot, Crawlybot & Gobblebot.
